Subject: Reference Eligibility Of Staff Car / Higher Rate Of Transport SAG Rank IOFS Officers – regarding.

Reference: 1) HQrs Office letter NO. Allowance Nol-Vll dated 25/04/2019

2) D(Estt’Gaztt) Min. of Defence ID NO : 8(24)/2016-D(Estt/Gaz) dated 08.04.2019

Please refer to this office letter of even no dated 22/02/2019 regarding admissibility / inadmissibility Of usage Of Staff Car / Higher Rate Of Transport Allowance in lieu of Staff Car by SAG and above IOFS officers drawing grade pay of Rs. 10000/ pay in pay level 14 and above.

In this connection, please find enclosed a copy Of CGDA Offce letter dated
25/04/2019 and Min of Defence ID No : (EsWGaz) dated 0804.2019 wherein it has finally been clarified that Officers Of IOFS cadre who are in the functional SAG level (not by means Of NFU) notwithstanding the fact that they are not HODS, are entitled to official car or higher rate of Transport Allowance in lieu of the official car as the case may be.

Therefore, all are requested to deal with the matter accordingly.

Subject: Confirmation of MTS-CLKs-Auditors-Hindi Translators-DEOs-Staff Car Drivers-Canteen Employees.

Please furnish names of MTS-CLKs-Auditors-Hindi Translators-DEOs-Staff Car Drivers-Canteen Employees appointed whether directly or as fresh entrant between 01.04.2016 to 31.03.2017 and also left over cases, if Auditor grade between the period should not be sent.

While furnishing names of the eligible candidates, the Part II Office Order notifying the result of passing their New Recruit Training Test and in respect of Those Clerks who are required to pass the typing test or otherwise as per conditions of their appointment Part II Officer Order, such aspect must be highlighted according to which they will be considered for confirmation

If the concerned individual has passed the typing test, relevant Par II Office Order no. may be furnished along with disciplinary-Vigilance certificate.

If the two years probation reports and the second year APAR still have not been sent to this office those should been sent immediately.

In the case of Inter Departmental candidates if they have already acquired substantive capacity in their previous department their names need not be furnished.

Reply should reach this office/section positively by 31/05/2019

Nil report is also required.

Subject : Modification of pay-slip of Industrial employees under OFB- regarding.

Reference : This office earlier circular no dated 25/09/2017 and further 16/10/2017.

Consequent on implementation of 7th CPC OFB had invited proposal from all SGMs/GMs as well as PCA (Fys) on modifications of pay-slips of IEs in OFB.

On receiving feedback from different Gp controllers, the suggestions were forwarded to Wage Package Team, Ishapore for incorporation in the Wage Package.

The updated format of wage package has been accepted by OFB and some further modifications for incorporation of Aadhaar No, Bank Account No, Date of Retirement (copy enclosed) has now been sought in the Wage Package by OFB.

It is therefore, requested to kindly look into it and offer your valuable suggestions/proposals in consultation with Br. Accounts Offices under your jurisdiction for onward submission to OFB.
